Royal Orchard II at 80 Inverlochy Boulevard, Thornhill offers spaces for residents to unwind, create, party and interact with other residents, friends and families. On the lower level, residents and guests can use facilities such as The Party Room or Billiards Room to entertain, eat, party and play. For those residents who are handy and creative, we also have a full workshop with industrial tools and machinery to build or complete home improvement tasks.

The Orchard Club in the adjacent building, serves as a community hub offering a range of recreational and social amenities for residents. The club features facilities like a swimming pool, tennis courts, sauna, physical activity areas, weightlifting equipment, classes, gymnasium for basketball, volleyball, etc. This convenient club is available only to the tenants of the Royal Orchard residences. Visitors must be accompanied by a resident to be able to utilize the facilities for a $2.00 fee.
